★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto é ótimo mas os técnicos deixa a deseja pois passei mais de um ano com o filtro demorando muito pra encher um copo de água. Tem um parafuso que regula a vasão de água do filtro e até fecha a água do filtro. Peguei uma chave de fenda e abri mais a água. Até na troca do elemento filtrante eu pedi para o técnico melhorar a vasão de água. Ele colocou a culpa no bico do filtro que não tem nada haver.
The product is great but the technicians leave the desire because I spent more than a year with the filter taking too long to fill a glass of water. It has a screw that regulates the water flow of the filter and even closes the filter water. I took a screwdriver and opened the water more. Even when changing the filter element, I asked the technician to improve the water flow. He put the blame on the filter nozzle, which has nothing to do with it.
