Após realizar minha solicitação de pedido em sistema, a atendente responsável em receber o pedido por Whatsapp, confirmou as informações, me mandou os dados para pagamento por PIX, depois de não saber ler o comprovante, me deixando aguardar por 20 minutos, finalizou afirmando que minha entrega não seria realizada por limite de horário devido meu endereço ser no Camara. E ainda ressaltou, após a sequência de erros, que me estorno só seria concluído no dia seguinte. Resumindo, eu queria só comer um açaí, e fui submetida a tal frustração.
My experience is quite frustrating. After making my order request in the system, the attendant responsible for receiving the order by Whatsapp, confirmed the information, sent me the data for payment by PIX, after not knowing how to read the receipt, letting me wait for 20 minutes, ended up stating that my delivery would not be made due to time limits due to my address being in Camara. And he also pointed out, after the sequence of errors, that the chargeback would only be completed the next day. In short, I just wanted to eat an açaí, and I was subjected to such frustration.
