Fiz uma compra, presente dia das mães e precisou trocar, chegando na loja a vendedora disse que o produto estava na promoção e que não poderia trocar pelo valor comprado, disse que teria que voltar quando a gerente estivesse presente( para tentar resolver. A gerente, por fim, autorizou a troca com o valor comprado R$150,00 e quase todas as peças da loja ( as bonitas) estavam na promoção e não poderia trocar por peça na promoção. Enfim, péssima experiência. Dificuldade em resolver um problema tão simples e de direito.
Terrible attendance. I made a purchase, a Mother's Day gift and needed to change it, arriving at the store the seller said that the product was on sale and that she could not exchange it for the amount purchased, said she would have to return when the manager was present (to try to resolve it. The manager , finally, authorized the exchange with the purchased value of R$150.00 and almost all the pieces in the store (the beautiful ones) were on sale and could not be exchanged for a piece on the promotion. Anyway, terrible experience. Difficulty in solving such a simple problem and of law.

Terrible,, employee looking at us from above, not even a good day...still got in the way of the store getting in the way!!
