As salas das consultas são bem confortáveis, equipadas, decoradas e climatizadas.
Best clinic I found with my wife with humanized care for pregnant women. Great professionals, especially Dr. Amanda who is very friendly and a great professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da Samara e do pessoal da recepção é maravilhoso mas o tempo de espera é muito grande! Só fui atendida 1h depois do horário que marquei e isso me causou muito transtorno.
The service from Samara and the reception staff is wonderful but the waiting time is too long! I was only seen 1 hour after the appointment I had scheduled and that caused me a lot of inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo de espera normal, média 30minutos a 1h. Lugar super confortável, recepcionistas simpáticos e telefonistas também. Dra. Samara excelente médica, muito simpática e atenciosa. Vou fazer todo meu acompanhamento lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendida nas outras experiências, apesar do atraso. Mas desta vez marcaram 2 ultras às 9:45h, precisando de jejum do dia anterior e só fui atendida 11:15h. Fiquei quase 15h de jejum. Sem nenhuma satisfação ou preocupação. Na marcação ainda frisei q estaria em.jejum e se não era muito tarde pro exame. Deviam ter mais cuidado com os pacientes em jejum, marcando cedo. O pior que ainda me ligaram pedindo para adiantar o exame pra 9:30h porque teve desistência. Péssimo atendimento.
I was always well attended in the other experiences, despite the delay. But this time they scheduled 2 ultrasounds at 9:45 am, needing fasting the day before and I was only seen at 11:15 am. I fasted for almost 15 hours. No satisfaction or worry. In the appointment I also stressed that I would be in.fasting and if it wasn't too late for the exam. They should be more careful with fasting patients, booking early. The worst thing is that they still called me asking to advance the exam to 9:30h because there was a withdrawal. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do dr Gustavo é excelente, tratamento humanizado como toda gestante merece. É um excelente profissional. O atendimento na recepção também é ótimo e o ambiente na clinica é agradável. Entretanto, hoje a marcação de uma ultra pelo whatsapp levou exatamente 30 min. Talvez atendente esteja sobrecarregado com vários atendimentos simultâneos, porém, essa demora é irritante, pois não deveria levar nem 5 min.
Espero que melhorem esse primeiro contato com os pacientes, pois quem não conhece a clínica pode desistir logo na marcação. Att., uma gestante que se irrita fácil.
Dr Gustavo's service is excellent, humanized treatment as every pregnant woman deserves. He is an excellent professional. The service at the reception is also great and the atmosphere in the clinic is pleasant. However, today the appointment of an ultra via whatsapp took exactly 30 min. Maybe the attendant is overloaded with several simultaneous calls, however, this delay is annoying, as it shouldn't take even 5 min.
I hope they improve this first contact with patients, because those who don't know the clinic can give up right away when making an appointment. Att., a pregnant woman who gets angry easily.
