Então devido a qualidade e o bom preço recebemos visita e resolvemos divulgar, foi só vergonha e decepção.
Só para efetuar o pedido levamos quase 1 hora, após esse transtorno que tentamos relevar e da andamento no pedido, fizemos o pedido do combo 6 " que era composto por 4x salada e uma porção de batata frita e um refrigerante Dolly de 2 litros, e um combo 1 "que era composto por 1x salada e uma porção de batata frita M e um refrigerante de lata de 250 ml essas informações descrito no cardápio, então conversei com a colaboradora e perguntei se poderia tirar esse refrigerante de lata e trocar Dolly por uma coca de 2 litros se fosse necessário poderia colocar a diferença no valor total, a mesma disse que não seria necessário e que iria fazer a troca.
Assim chegou o pedido com as porções de batata frita e lanches FRIOS, x salada sem salada e o DOLLY que antes de sair o pedido fiz questão de lembrar da troca.
Liguei no restaurante falei com outra colaboradora e expliquei sobre o refrigerante onde a mesma disse que tinha enviado através do moto boy e o mesmo que tinha feito a troca, pedi que então ela entrasse em contato com o mesmo e pedisse para voltar onde estou aguardando até hoje.
Ah mandamos diversas mensagem onde não respondem mais.

So the order arrived with the portions of french fries and cold snacks, x salad without salad and the DOLLY that before leaving the order I made a point of remembering the exchange.
I called the restaurant and talked to another employee and explained about the soda where she said she had sent it through the moto boy and the same one who had made the exchange, I asked her to then contact him and ask to go back to where I am waiting until today.
Ah we sent several messages where they don't answer anymore.
