★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pago o mesmo valor por uma velocidade mais baixa que os clientes novos. Liguei para pedir a atualização do plano e colocaram muita burocracia. Nem aumentaram a velocidade e nem reduziram o valor do plano.
Pra piorar, quando a internet cai o suporte não atende nem pelo telefone e nem pelo whatsapp.
I pay the same amount for a lower speed than new customers. I called to ask for the plan update and they put a lot of bureaucracy. Neither increased the speed nor reduced the value of the plan.
To make matters worse, when the internet goes down, support doesn't answer either by phone or whatsapp.
