★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma espaço físico/área de lazer exemplar para atividades físicas e similares, contudo, o local necessita de uma maior presença do Estado a nível de fiscalização e segurança publica, haja vista, a mesma encontra-se em lamentável estado de conservação.
Possui vegetação e arborização que necessitam explicitamente de cuidados técnicos especializados. Não obstante, detectei os seguintes segmentos para análise :
1º) Pintura - Urgente atuação para revitalização geral do espaço;
2º) Capinagem - Necessitando ação imediata diante do crescimento de gramas e outros vegetais, fator este, que fomenta animais peçonhentos no local;
3º) Segurança - Inexistente no local, sugiro câmeras de monitoração e UPP na localidade do entorno;
4º) Espaço Descanso - Inexistente ;
5º) Passarelas de Acessibilidade - Inexistente ;
6º) Local/Espaço Aquífero - Sugiro, diante do grande espaço, que haja algum procedimento de lagoas/lago e/ou similar para aumentar a unidade no local, é inexistente;
7º) Flores/jardim - Inexistente;
Diante deste pontos de análise, avalio o local como salutar e bem localizado dentro do conjunto, contudo, encontra-se esquecido diante do aspecto manutenção.
An exemplary physical space / leisure area for physical and similar activities, however, the place needs a greater presence of the State in terms of inspection and public safety, considering that it is in a regrettable state of conservation.
It has vegetation and afforestation that explicitly need specialized technical care. Nevertheless, I detected the following segments for analysis:
1º) Painting - Urgent action for the general revitalization of the space;
2nd) Weeding - Needing immediate action due to the growth of grasses and other vegetables, a factor that promotes venomous animals on the spot;
3rd) Security - Nonexistent on site, I suggest monitoring cameras and UPP in the surrounding area;
4th) Rest Space - Nonexistent;
5th) Accessibility Walkways - Nonexistent;
6th) Local / Aquiferous Space - I suggest, in view of the large space, that there is a lagoon / lake and / or similar procedure to increase the unit on the site, it is non-existent;
7th) Flowers / garden - Nonexistent;
Given these points of analysis, I evaluate the place as healthy and well located within the set, however, it is forgotten in view of the maintenance aspect.
