★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É muito bom, está em uma boa localização é de fácil acesso ,tem equipamentos pra exercício,quadra de vôlei ,de basquete e de futebol , porém, precisa fazer algumas manutenções como as grades e as traves ,mas tirando isso está perfeito
