★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clínica sem estrutura,desorganização total fiz um procedimento e fiquei um mês sem se quer um provisório. A responsável pela clínica não resolve nada é além de tudo trata os pacientes com uma enorme falta de educação . Péssimo atendimento! Não indico a ninguém !
 Bad clinic without structure, total disorganization I did a procedure and I was without a provisional for a month. The person in charge of the clinic does not solve anything and, above all, treats patients with a huge lack of education. Terrible attendance! I don't tell anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um canal no dia 19/12/2017, foi ate bom, MAS o curativo começou soltar com 2 dias , nao quiserem arruma para mim , me mandaram procurar outra clínica, sendo que eu estava em tratamento com eles ainda ,faltava colocar a peça no dente q eu tinha feito o canal que teria o horario dia 09/01/2018.
I made a channel on 12/19/2017, it was good, BUT the bandage started to loosen with 2 days, they don't want to fix it for me, they sent me to look for another clinic, and I was still being treated with them, I needed to put the piece on in the tooth I had made the channel that would have the time on 01/09/2018.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdi meu dente 36 por uma perfuração feita pela Dra. Flávia da qualidente do Barreiro. O espaço da clínica do Eldorado é horrível. Um ovo de espaço, e muito mal cheiro por ficar num prédio velho no Eldorado. A responsável e dona muito mal educada e despreparada para lidar com questionamentos e indagações.
Arrependimento matasse, estaria morta!!!!
I lost my 36 tooth due to a perforation made by Dr. Flávia from the Barreiro qualident. The Eldorado clinic space is horrible. An egg of space, and a very bad smell for being in an old building in Eldorado. The responsible and very rude owner and unprepared to deal with questions and inquiries.
Regret kill, I would be dead!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um tratamento de canal e necessitei colocar peça , já é a receita vez que a peça se solta. Provavelmente se eu for em outra clínica não irao colocar peça, pois já foi colocada em outra clínica, porém de pessima qualidade a colocação. Irei procurar meus direitos junto ao plano quanto a colocação da peça em algun lugar que seja viável a colocação sem tantos problemas .
I did a root canal treatment and needed to put a piece, it is the recipe since the piece comes loose. Probably if I go to another clinic, I will not have a piece, because it has already been placed in another clinic, but the placement is of poor quality. I will look for my rights with the plan regarding the placement of the piece in a place where it is possible to place it without so many problems.

Quando comecei meu tratamento para restauração fui atendida por uma péssima dentista, deixou meu dente escuro, todas as restaurações caíram e ainda tive muita dor. Depois de muito reclamar voltei com o tratamento e me arrependi. Profissionais inseguros onde até a recepcionista era chamada para dar opinião do que fazer e não fazer no meu dente, sem contar a tal de Dra. Estefânia que eu nunca vi na vida, avaliava meus dentes por fotografia e indicava peça. Deus me livre, perdi total confiança e não recomendo. Acredito que para se oferecer um bom serviço, o mínimo é ter respeito e garantir um serviço de qualidade para os pacientes e infelizmente não foi o que recebi. Repito, não recomendo.
Lousy service, lousy professionals. When I started my treatment for restoration I was attended by a terrible dentist, left my tooth dark, all the restorations fell and I still had a lot of pain. After complaining a lot I returned with the treatment and regretted it. Insecure professionals where even the receptionist was called to give an opinion on what to do and not to do on my tooth, not to mention Dr. Estefânia, who I never saw in my life, evaluated my teeth by photography and indicated a piece. God forbid, I lost total confidence and I don't recommend it. I believe that in order to offer a good service, the minimum is to have respect and guarantee a quality service for patients and unfortunately that was not what I received. I repeat, do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida a princípio pela Dra Graziele, que tentou salvar meu dente , mas infelizmente não deu certo. Fui encaminhada para Dra Gisele que fez meu canal em 1 dia e logo depois passei pelo Dr Yuri para fazer a peça. Todos muito atenciosos comigo. Só no atendimento ao telefone que deixa um pouco a desejar pq demoram a atender, por isso não dei 5 estrelas.
I was very well attended at first by Dr Graziele, who tried to save my tooth, but unfortunately it didn't work out. I was referred to Dr Gisele who made my channel in 1 day and soon after I went to Dr Yuri to do the piece. All very attentive to me. Only in answering the phone leaves a little to be desired because they take time to answer, that's why I didn't give 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha primeira avaliação com a dr.andreza porque cheguei atrasada... e amei ela e muito Boa dentista e sabe o que faz .mais sou paciente da dr.Raissa e nossa estou tão feliz de ser paciente da dr Raissa ela fez as restaurações no meus dentes e ficou perfeito ela e uma excelente dentista sem falar na educação e muito educada aliás todas as dentistas de la sao,a dr Raissa e uma ótima profissional, ja fui em outros dentistas de outros lugares mais nunca conheci uma profissional tão capacitada e fera no que faz como a dr.Raissa e a dr Andressa.elas são melhores que a dona da clinica a broaca da ESTEFÂNIA.a qualidente esta de parabéns pelas dentistas de la são muito educadas todas e gentis.que Deus abençoe grandemente a vida de todas la e continue abençoando as mãos da dr Raissa amei tratar com ela tem mãos de anjo......
I did my first evaluation with dr.andreza because I was late... and I loved her and she is very good dentist and knows what she does .more I am a patient of dr.Raissa and wow I'm so happy to be a patient of dr Raissa she made the restorations on my teeth and it was perfect she is an excellent dentist not to mention education and very polite in fact all the dentists in there, Dr Raissa is a great professional, I've been to other dentists in other places but I've never met a professional so qualified and beast at what she does like dr.Raissa and dr Andressa.they are better than the owner of the clinic, the broaca da ESTEFÂNIA.congratulations for the dentists there, they are all very polite and kind.may God greatly bless the life of all there and continue to bless Dr Raissa's hands I loved dealing with her she has angel hands......
