Fui atendido por esta senhora que qdo ouviu a descrição do meu pedido disse não fazer este tipo de serviço e voltou a sentar-se e me ofertou com alternativa substituir a torneira de metal por $80,00 e previsão de entrega para abril. Eu disse que por este preço compraria um novo filtro e saí. Mais adiante, numa oficina, pedi a um funcionário que folgasse o parafuso que prende a manopla e haste. O rapaz nada cobrou. Comprei o vedante por $0,60 e eu mesmo troquei. Faltou o que e sobrou o que neste atendimento da Qualimaster?
I took the faucet of the Aquaplus Cristal filter to have the seal changed since I didn't have my own tools. I was attended by this lady who, when she heard the description of my order, said she would not do this type of service and then sat back down and offered me an alternative to replace the metal faucet for $80.00 and delivery is scheduled for April. I said that for this price I would buy a new filter and left. Later, in a workshop, I asked an employee to loosen the screw that holds the handle and rod. The boy did not charge. I bought the seal for $0.60 and exchanged it myself. What was missing and what was left in this Qualimaster service?
