★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gosto de fazer esses tipos de críticas, porém achei uma sacanagem o ocorrido: meus pais foram para trocar a lente, pois tinham que aumentar o grau, foram atendidos (não lembram o nome da vendedora), e já começou a primeira mentira,dizendo que não poderia ser outra lente com a mesma armação, e buscamos saber em outras óticas que pode sim (inclusive minha mãe pagou exatamente hoje em outra ótica para realizarem esse procedimento)Meus pais não sabiam,e acreditaram nessa vendedora, compraram outra armação e pagaram tudo novo! Outra coisa que ocorreu foi que, a marca da lente dá direito de ganhar uma outra lente reserva,que os dois não foram informados, logo, não receberam! (Também foi informado isso por outras óticas)
Eles ainda estão pagando as parcelas e se sentem lesados pelo que passaram! Acho justo que isso seja revisto!
I don't like to make these types of criticism, but I thought what happened was a dirty trick: my parents went to change the lens, because they had to increase the degree, they were served (they don't remember the saleswoman's name), and the first lie started, saying that it couldn't be another lens with the same frame, and we seek to know in other opticians that it can (even my mother paid exactly today in another optician to perform this procedure) My parents didn't know, and they believed in this saleswoman, they bought another frame and paid all new! Another thing that happened was that the lens brand gives the right to win another spare lens, which the two were not informed about, therefore, they did not receive it! (This has also been reported by other optics)
They are still paying the installments and feel injured by what they went through! I think it's only fair that this is reviewed!

Retornei esse ano, para correção de grau e fui gentilmente atendida pela Milene na Unidade Nilo Pecanha , 110, Centro de São Gonçalo. Milene foi super gentil e paciente , dando dicas, me ajudando com a nova armação. Alguns dias depois , a empresa em que trabalho derrubou as regras para uso de óculos e poderia usar uma armação mais moderna e diferente. Corri para pedir ajuda a Milene, que prontamente me atendeu e acatou meu pedido. Não tenho palavras para tamanha empatia! Uma profissional dedicada, paciente e muito simpática! I made my first glasses with QualiOtica last year. I really liked the quality of the frames. I returned this year for grade correction and was kindly attended by Milene at the Nilo Pecanha Unit, 110, downtown São Gonçalo. Milene was super kind and patient, giving me tips, helping me with the new frame. A few days later, the company I work for dropped the rules for wearing glasses and could use a more modern and different frame. I ran to ask Milene for help, who promptly answered and accepted my request. I have no words for such empathy! A dedicated, patient and very friendly professional! I loved your customer service and attitude! I work with the public and I know how valuable she is!!
