★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você é assim como eu, ama seu carro, deu duro e suor para pagar as prestações... recomendo não passar nem na porta desse estabelecimento.
Meu carro, sofreu três pequenas avarias em ocasiões diferentes, no estacionamento próximo, o gerente na época levou todas as vezes nessa empresa. Resultados:
1) Conserto do paralama amassado: Encaixe torto, com o tempo danificou o farol.
2) Conserto da lateral traseira do carro (risco profundo): Começou a aparecer um defeito na lanterna, até que deu curto no carro, que danificou o módulo, descobriu-se depois que foi em virtude da má colocação da lanterna, após o reparo, meu prejuízo na época (R$ 1.000,00).
3) Conserto da porta (pequeno amasso): Verniz escorrido na porta, nítido, borrachão descolado e borracha da porta danificada, quando recebi o carro no estacionamento, não haviam nem tirado a fita crepe... levei o carro a oficina, eles nem tiveram a descendia de assumir o rasgo na borracha (o item mais barato da questão), e aí se ofereceram para refazer a porta, mas depois de 3X de maus serviços, veio uma intuição para deixar quieto e de boa preferi ficar no prejuízo para não depreciar mais o valor do meu veículo.
Por fim, levei a questão a administração do estacionamento, que disse não saber das avarias acontecidas com meu carro, e tão pouco que o mesmo tenha sido levado para Quality, fiquei surpreso, e aí a dedução do estacionamento era de um possível acordo secreto com o ex-gerente do estacionamento com alguém da Quality.
A impressão que tive é que eu era apenas um estorvo para eles, como estão acostumados trabalhar com carros de luxo, que não é o meu caso, então trataram meu veiculo com desdenho... eu mesmo não me senti bem tratado.
Eu não recomendo, e desejo MUITO BOA SORTE, a quem se arriscar!
If you are just like me, love your car, worked hard and sweat to pay the benefits ... I recommend not even pass the door of this establishment.
My car suffered three minor breakdowns on different occasions, in the nearby parking lot, the manager at the time drove every time in this company. Results:
1) Repair of wrinkled mudguard: Fitting crooked, over time damaged the headlight.
2) Car rear side repair (deep scratch): A flashlight defect began to appear until the car shorted, which damaged the module, it was later discovered to be due to misplacement of the flashlight after repair , my loss at the time ($ 1,000).
3) Repair of the door (small kneading): Clear varnish on the door, clear, unglued rubber and damaged door rubber, when I received the car in the parking lot, they had not even removed the crepe tape ... I took the car to the garage, they didn't had the offspring of taking the tear in the rubber (the cheapest item in the matter), and then offered to redo the door, but after 3X of bad services came an intuition to leave it quiet and I would rather stay in harm's way not to. depreciate more the value of my vehicle.
Finally, I brought up the parking lot management, who said I didn't know about the damage to my car, and so little that it was taken to Quality, I was surprised, and then the parking deduction was a possible secret deal with the former parking manager with someone from Quality.
The impression I got is that I was just a hindrance to them, as they are used to working with luxury cars, which is not my case, so they treated my vehicle with disdain ... I didn't feel well treated myself.
I do not recommend, and wish VERY GOOD LUCK, to those who risk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci a Quality Auto-Tec a mais ou menos uns 10 anos atrás quando tive meu primeiro sinistro com um veiculo que eu tinha. Nem acreditei quando vi o reparo que eles fizeram, que pra mim não tinha recuperação. O profissionalismo já vem desde o primeiro contato, equipe super atenciosa e serviço de excelente qualidade.
Passei outras vezes e sempre tive a mesma atenção, respeito e prestação de serviço.
Já indiquei a alguns amigos e eles também não tiveram do que reclamar.
Met Quality Auto-Tec more or less about 10 years ago when I had my first accident with a vehicle that I had. I could not believe when I saw the notice that they did that to me had no recovery. Professionalism comes from the first contact, super friendly staff and excellent service.
I passed other times and always had the same attention, respect and service delivery.
I have pointed to some friends and they also had no complaints.
