★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular para fazerem um orçamento, como não aprovei, fui buscá-lo. Me entregaram o aparelho todo aberto, sem os botoes laterais que ate entao estavam soltos mas funcionavam. Muito descaso, não indicaria.
I took my cell phone to make a quote, as I didn't approve, I went to get it. They handed me the device completely open, without the side buttons that until then were loose but worked. Too much neglect, would not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo esta empresa. Não atendem telefone e mesmo por whatsapp demoram demais a te responder. Levei minha tv de 65 polegadas que estava desligando para consertar. Paguei 980,00 pela troca de uma placa e ao ligar a tv em casa não durou 1 hora e o problema voltou. Depois de levar novamente à loja, fizeram orçamento de 3.050,00 para trocar o o Led. Quase o preço de uma tv nova. Significa que foram incompetentes na primeira vez para detectar o problema. Obviamente que com este valor desisti do serviço. Samsung e Quality nunca mais.
I do not recommend this company. They don't answer the phone and even through whatsapp they take too long to answer you. I took my 65 inch tv that was shutting down to get it fixed. I paid 980.00 for the exchange of a card and when I turned on the TV at home it did not last for 1 hour and the problem returned. After taking it back to the store, they made a budget of 3,050 to change the LED. Almost the price of a new tv. It means they were incompetent the first time to detect the problem. Obviously with this amount I gave up the service. Samsung and Quality never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente me decepcionei com um orçamento para conserto feito por adivinhação, nunca tinha visto isto na vida, na recepção tiram uma foto da TV e o técnico mesmo sem saber se era apenas mal contato ou peça para troca, deu um diagnóstico, uma aberração.
Unfortunately I was disappointed with a quote for repairs made by guesswork, I had never seen this in my life, at the reception they take a picture of the TV and the technician, even without knowing if it was just a bad contact or a replacement part, gave a diagnosis, an aberration.
