★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apos confirmação da reserva pelo bookin, ao chegar não existia reserva e obrigado a pagar antecipadamente o valor integral da reserva. Espero que não seja descontado duas vezes.O proprietário repostou explicando sobre a cobrança.Sou hóspede à vários anos e que me deixou frustado é que com reserva confirmada fui "orientado" a pagar antecipado à diária.No mais, hotel, aconchegante e confortável.
 After confirming the reservation by bookin, upon arrival there was no reservation and required to pay the full amount of the reservation in advance. I hope it doesn't get discounted twice. The owner replied explaining about the charge. I've been a guest for several years and what frustrated me is that with a confirmed reservation I was "oriented" to pay in advance the daily rate. In addition, hotel, cozy and comfortable.

Não tomei o café da manhã por falta de tempo.
O quarto é confortável, a ducha é boa. Estava tudo limpo!
Recomendaria que melhorassem o chão do estacionamento, por conta da chuva faz muita poça e barro.

I didn't have breakfast due to lack of time.
The room is comfortable, the shower is good. It was all clean!
I would recommend that they improve the floor of the parking lot, because of the rain it makes a lot of puddles and mud.

Não tem elevador, tive que subir as malas para o terceiro andar de escadas. Não fornecem toalha de rosto. Frigo bar estava desligado.
For one night, do it. The room was clean, equipment ok.
There is no elevator, I had to take my bags to the third floor of stairs. Face towels are not provided. Fridge bar was off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel é bem localizado, decorado com gosto e tem um restaurante enorme. Tem elevador e estacionamento e os quartos e banheiros são amplos e muito limpos. A cama é confortável. Os travesseiros, todavia, poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. Os funcionários são delicados a atenciosos. Só fiquei um pouco decepcionada porque tomei café da manhã muito cedo, às 6 horas, e ainda não havia pão. O horário do café nesse hotel é das 6 às 9 horas. A TV do quarto em que me hospedei não é smart, mas isso não chegou a ser um problema. Se retornar a Teixeira de Freitas certamente me hospedarei nesse hotel.
The hotel is well located, tastefully decorated and has a huge restaurant. It has a lift and parking and the rooms and bathrooms are large and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The pillows, however, could have been of better quality. Staff are polite and attentive. I was just a little disappointed because I had breakfast very early, at 6 am, and there was still no bread. Breakfast time at this hotel is from 6 am to 9 am. The TV in the room I stayed in is not smart, but that was not a problem. If I return to Teixeira de Freitas I will certainly stay at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the location it is pretty ok hotel. The room is simple but the bed is comfortable. There is a minibar, but no products inside of it. TV has just a handfull of channels. Wifi works fine. There is no elevator, so it is not accessible to people with disabilities. Breakfast is free and has some good options. Overall a good price for what it offers.
