Tive a péssima ideia de ouvir uma opinião de amigo.... deixei de levar meu carro na oficina autorizada pra levar na quality....que decepção.... péssimo atendimento.... péssima qualidade do serviço...como fui eu quem escolheu a oficina, o seguro não cobria as lambanças do serviço.... devido a tanta raiva e com medo de retaliação não tive coragem de levar pra corrigir os inúmeros problemas.... preferi ficar com o prejuízo....por favor passem longe dessa empresa....
Bad experience .... quality only the name .... wrong even ... I had the bad idea of hearing a friend's opinion .... I stopped taking my car in the authorized workshop to take it in quality .... what a disappointment .... terrible service .... terrible quality of service ... as I was the one who chose the workshop, the insurance did not cover the mess of the service .... due to so much anger and fear of retaliation I didn't have courage to take to correct the countless problems .... I preferred to keep the loss .... please pass away from this company ....
