★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei alguns itens, dentre eles a instalação de uma hidromassagem. Estou desde dezembro solicitando o término do serviço. O técnico veio no dia 08/01/2019 instalou a sauna, entretanto disse que não tinha como instalar o botão da hidromassagem pois faltava um item.
Prometeu vir no dia 14/01/2019, não veio, não deu uma satisfação, e quando ligo a Dona da empresa Rosemery não resolve nada. Sigo aguardando o serviço.
I bought some items, including the installation of a whirlpool. I've been requesting the end of the service since December. The technician came on 01/08/2019 and installed the sauna, however he said he could not install the hydromassage button because there was an item missing.
He promised to come on 01/14/2019, he didn't come, he didn't give him any satisfaction, and when I call the Owner of the Rosemery company, it doesn't solve anything. I keep waiting for the service.

Entrei em contato com a loja, e a Rosimeyre enviou um email para mim pedindo desculpas na quinta-feira da semana passada, mas até hoje não deu satisfação. Péssimo. Esta é a minha última tentativa amigável de resolver o assunto.
I made and paid for products on the site in the amount of R $ 930 on June 17 and I have not received them yet. Apenas para dar um retorno, já que não me deram um.
Como fornecedores, vocês deveriam ser mais transparentes com os clientes, se o trabalho não interessa, já avisa para que o mesmo procure outro que lhe atenda, agora ficar sem retorno é pior.
Como desde o primeiro contato a coisa já foi desorganizada, eu nem esperei, pois sabia que não iriam me atender no tempo em que eu precisava, mas enfim, quem saiu perdendo foram vocês.
Ultimo contato: 09/10/2018 e o retorno era que até 11/10/2018 o projeto estaria pronto.
Hoje dia 24/10 e nem me retornaram se seria feito ou não. Provavelmente já estão com a vida ganha e trabalham por hobby.
A Acqualeste me atendeu, comprei todos os produtos com eles, bicos, bombas, filtros, aquecimento solar etc. Só fazer a conta que dá pra ter uma ideia de quanto foi gasto.

Just to give a feedback, since they didn't give me one.
As suppliers, you should be more transparent with customers, if the work does not matter, already warn them to look for another one that serves you, now having no return is worse.
As the thing was disorganized since the first contact, I didn't even wait, because I knew that you wouldn't be served at the time I needed it, but anyway, you were the ones who lost.
Last contact: 10/09/2018 and the feedback was that by 10/11/2018 the project would be ready.
Today 10/24 and they didn't even return to me if it would be done or not. They are probably already earning their living and working as a hobby.
Acqualeste attended me, I bought all the products with them, nozzles, pumps, filters, solar heating etc. Just do the math you can get an idea of how much was spent.
