★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começou péssima já no atendimento telefônico para marcar exames ninguém atende a ligação mas resolvi insistir quando cheguei no local percebi a falta de comprometimento das atendentes da recepção só sabem ficar conversando por isso as ligações não são atendidas . No local com exame marcado depois de muita insistência elas mal sabiam que o aparelho estava quebrando.
It started bad already in the telephone service to schedule exams no one answers the call but I decided to insist when I arrived at the place I noticed the lack of commitment of the reception attendants they only know how to talk so the calls are not answered. At the place with an exam scheduled after much insistence they barely knew that the device was breaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Edição 12/01/22) passando na clínica novamente vi que os funcionários estavam de luvas, quiches com vidros foram instaladas e estão sendo utilizados, os funcionários preenchem as fichas agora. Mantendo assim a segurança deles e dos usuários.

Ninguém que trabalha lá estava usando luvas, manuseando documentos de identidade de todas as pessoas juntas, as canetas e pranchas para preenchimento da ficha de cadastro também estavam sendo utilizadas entre as pessoas sem nenhum tipo de higienização
Completamento precário para os funcionários e para os usuários.
(Edition 01/12/22) I was visiting the clinic again and saw that the employees were wearing gloves, quiches with glass were installed and are being used, the employees are filling out the forms now. Thus maintaining the safety of them and the users.

Nobody who works there was wearing gloves, handling identity documents of all the people together, the pens and boards to fill in the registration form were also being used among people without any kind of hygiene

A unidade nova está iniciando as atividades e com essa preocupação na qualidade tem tudo para ser tão boa quanto a unidade da Av Lucas. Agradeço o bom atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre muito bem atendida , do estacionamento ao cafezinho ( aliás, o pão de queijo é divino ), todos os atendentes muito educados . Ambiente agradável e quanto a qualidade dos exames, sem dúvida o melhor laboratório da região .

vim fazer uma curva glicêmica, estou gestante e é um dos piores exames da gestação , não deixam a gestante ficar acomodada em uma poltrona, fazem esperar na recepção , mesmo esse exame sendo agendado previamente . Bom enfim , acho que falta um pouco de tato nesse sentido
