★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente comprei duas fruteiras Talita pelo site do submarino. Quando foi feita a entrega entregaram apenas uma fruteira. Abri um protocolo pelo site do submarino e aguardei o retorno da empresa, tive a resposta no seguinte dia útil após aberto a reclamação, foi explicado que houve um pequeno erro na logística. Porém antes disso minha mãe entrou em contato com a empresa para saber o procedimento, ela foi muito bem atendida pelo responsável pelo setor que cuida dessa parte de entrega, uma pena ela não lembrar o nome do rapaz para eu agradecer aqui. Em uma semana o problema foi sanado e a segunda fruteira foi entregue, erros acontecem com qualquer um mas é a forma que a pessoa lida com erro que difere uma boa empresa de uma empresa ruim, não tenho do que reclamar, produto e atendimento de ótima qualidade, recomendo ??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um guarda roupa solteiro Cairo duas portas e seis gavetas, chegou muito rápido, era pra chegar em fevereiro e no dia 22 de janeiro chegou o problema e que comprei pra levar para meu apartamento no dia 17 de fevereiro,, dia 18 fui montar e infelizmente está faltando toda a parte de trás, comprei pelo magazine Luiza e como está loja e parceira a magazine não resolve , estou decepcionada gostaria até de comprar mais coisas da tonielque mais depois disso fica difícil confiar, não queria nem trocar pois deixei montado , apenas queria o que tá faltando afinal paguei a vista .
I bought a Cairo single wardrobe with two doors and six drawers, it arrived very fast, it was supposed to arrive in February and on the 22nd of January the problem arrived and that I bought to take to my apartment on the 17th of February, on the 18th I went to assemble it and unfortunately the entire back is missing, I bought it through Luiza magazine and as it is a store and partner, the magazine doesn't solve it, I'm disappointed I would even like to buy more things from tonielque but after that it's hard to trust, I didn't even want to change it because I left it assembled, just I wanted what's missing after all I paid for it.

O guarda roupas é lindo e super espaçoso por ser de solteiro, porém o acabamento da madeira é péssimo e o material é fraco, tem que tomar muito cuidado p não quebrar nada.
Alguns itens vieram com defeitos, mas nada que interferisse na montagem.
I loved the delivery, super fast, I bought it and it arrived in 2 days.
The wardrobe is beautiful and super spacious for being single, but the wood finish is terrible and the material is weak, you have to be very careful not to break anything.
Some items came with defects, but nothing that interfered with the assembly.
