A falta de uma política pública para atender moradores de rua no entanto tem prejudicado esse lugar pois os monumentos servem de abrigo e acúmulo de coisas.. e, por qual motivo for, o quarteirão fica sujo frequentemente.  The space is great and it's good that has been taken by craft and bars. The lack of a public policy to meet homeless people however has undermined this place because the monuments serve as shelter and accumulation of things .. and for what reason is, the block is often dirty.
