★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou 8 meses meu processo no sisgecop e de 3 colegas sairam em 20 dias fora que deram entrada esses dias fila nao funciona pura enganação muito triste isso
 It took 8 months for my process in sisgecop and 3 colleagues left in 20 days out and they filed these days queue doesn't work pure deception very sad this

Excelente trabalho e eficiência, me disseram que poderia levar 6meses para ter um CR, o meu saiu em 22 dias!!! Agora só falta meu CRAF E GT!!! PARABÉNS E OBRIGADO
I thank the 2nd RM for granting my CR, it's just a little while away from me becoming a CAC.
Excellent work and efficiency, I was told it could take 6 months to get a CR, mine came out in 22 days!!! Now all I need is my CRAF AND GT!!! CONGRATULATIONS AND THANK YOU

They provide bad service. As if they were doing you a favor.
Not even in dreams does it look like the EB they show on television.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo muito burocrático, pra pedir uma simples restituição por um serviço não prestado, tem que fazer pasta, uma burocracia infinita, quando era só ir lá explicar a situação pra um funcionário e ele verificaria na hora que o serviço realmente não foi realizado e faria o processo de devolução... Mas ninguém confia em ninguém nesse país e tratam todo mundo como um potencial criminoso. Por isso nossa economia nunca vai se levantar e o EB vai ficar cada vez mais sucateado, em boa parte por culpa dos próprios!
All too bureaucratic, to ask for a simple refund for a non-service, have to make paste, an endless red tape when it was only going there to explain the situation to an employee and he would check at the time that the service really was not done and would do return process ... But nobody trusts anybody in this country and treat everyone as a potential criminal. So our economy will never get up and EB will become increasingly scrapped largely the fault of themselves!
