★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO PARA NÃO CAIR NESSA - fizemos aviso prévio conforme contrato para desligamento de nossa filha e mesmo assim no outro mês houve cobrança como não tivéssemos avisado. Para evitar transtornos fizemos o pagamento e mais uma vez avisamos que seria o último mês. No outro mês fizeram novamente a cobrança e agora ameaçam com "advogado" cobrança $400. Lamentável e ridícula a atitude desonesta de se fazer de desentendido, fizemos o aviso por whatsapp e verbal.
BE CAREFUL NOT TO FALL INTO THIS - we made prior notice according to the contract to disconnect our daughter and even so the other month there was a charge as we had not warned. To avoid inconvenience, we made the payment and once again warned that it would be the last month. The next month they charged again and now they are threatening a "lawyer" to charge $400. Regretful and ridiculous the dishonest attitude of pretending to be ignorant, we made the warning by whatsapp and verbal.

Infelizmente minha filha de 6 anos não se adaptou ao ballet e venho desde outubro 2021 informando para Domenica que a Laura iria sair do ballet. Então a Domenica me convenceu sobre a importância da conclusão do curso até a formatura, porém tínhamos viajem para mês de novembro e ficou ausente o mês todo, participando apenas no último ensaio para formatura.
Ou seja, não frequentou praticamente mês de novembro e após a formatura deixei claro que não iria mais. Para minha surpresa recebi cobrança do mês de dezembro e reforcei o que havíamos conversado pessoalmente e pelo WhatsApp e mesmo sem frequentar nenhum dia em dezembro paguei a mensalidade e infelizmente o mesmo se repetiu em janeiro. Como tem coragem de cobrar sabendo que minha filha não frequenta a escola desde novembro. Ficam se garantindo em um contrato de rescisão na qual solicitei que me enviasse e fingiram que não viram, pq pra mim essa atitude só mostra que estão se aproveitando.
Estou simplesmente decepcionada com a atitude da escola, acho que não precisam disso e se precisam que peçam ajuda mas que sejam decentes e justos.
Estou tranquila pq não tenho nenhuma inadimplência, inclusive paguei 2 meses mesmo sem frequentar e comunicando a escola que minha filha não iria mais.

Unfortunately, my 6-year-old daughter didn't adapt to ballet and I've been since October 2021 informing Domenica that Laura would leave ballet. So Domenica convinced me about the importance of completing the course until graduation, but we had a trip to November and was absent the whole month, participating only in the last graduation rehearsal.
In other words, he didn't attend practically the month of November and after graduation I made it clear that I wouldn't go anymore. To my surprise, I received a bill for the month of December and reinforced what we had talked about in person and via WhatsApp and even without attending any day in December I paid the monthly fee and unfortunately the same thing happened in January. How dare you charge knowing that my daughter hasn't been to school since November. They keep guaranteeing themselves in a termination contract in which I asked them to send it to me and they pretended they didn't see it, because for me this attitude only shows that they are taking advantage.
I'm just disappointed with the school's attitude, I don't think they need it and if they do, ask for help but be decent and fair.
I'm calm because I don't have any default, I even paid for 2 months even without attending and communicating to the school that my daughter would no longer go.
