O atendimento presencial não é nada extraordinário, é 'ok' em vista do atendimento on-line (se é que existe mesmo), não há outro número para contato (não atendem e nem respondem em um, imagina em dois?). Eu só compro na QBR, mas deixam tanto a desejar...
I will give 3 stars for now.
The face-to-face service is nothing extraordinary, it's 'ok' in view of the online service (if it really exists), there is no other number for contact (they don't answer and don't answer in one, imagine in two?). I only buy at QBR, but they leave so much to be desired...
