Não entregaram.. sem qualquer satisfação...
Depois de 3h do pedido, liguei novamente.. me informaram q estavam saindo pra entregar.....
Pois é... desagradável que fiquei esperando e nada... nunca entregaram...
Não dá nem pra classificar como péssimo...
Pra ficar ruim precisa melhorar muito!
Pelos posts que vi agora percebi que eh normal esse descaso.
Com certeza não acontecerá novamente.. não comigo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a primeira experiência é a que fica, solicitei agua as 12:21 , entendo a questão do horário de almoço das empresas, mas fica muito fora , esperar até as 16:20 e saber que tinha 2 entregas na minha frente ainda. podem ter até 20 anos no mercado, mas clientes novos vai ser difícil conquistar , a primeira compra já aconteceu isso, na verdade a compra foi cancelada, porque não temos condições de aguardar agua por tanto tempo.

Eu penso o seguinte: você não deve oferecer um serviço que você não tenha competência para executar.
Vou postar umas fotos da conversa que eu tive com o(a) atendente e prestem atenção aos horários em que as mensagens foram enviadas. Mais de uma hora e meia para entregar e nem sequer houve um pedido de desculpas.
