Eles não confirmaram o endereço pois segundo eles já faziam entregas para o local que pedi e acabaram errando o local.. qnd liguei pra cobrar por causa da demora (1:30h de espera) ainda colocaram a culpa em mim, sendo que nem fizeram questão de ligar pra confirmar o endereço ou avisar que nao tinha achado etc.. o barato saiu caríssimo nesse caso, pois em todo momento fui paciente e educado, para ainda receber um tratamento desses.

They didn't confirm the address because, according to them, they were already delivering to the place I asked for and ended up missing the place.. qnd I called to collect because of the delay (1:30 am waiting) they still blamed me, and they didn't even bother to call to confirm the address or to let me know that I hadn't found it etc.. the price was very expensive in this case, because at all times I was patient and polite, to still receive such treatment.
