A atendente foi bem atenciosa e finalizou com o entregador, muito cordial , recomendo
First time I ordered, I liked it a lot, fast delivery, less than 30 minutes, arrived hot, super tasty, neat in the filling, toasted dough, just the way I asked for it.

great pizza for the city standard..oven a lemha, very friendly attendants, good pizza, neat, quality. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que vinha pra Santos pedia a pizza pois era muito gostosa e caprichada fazendo jus ao preço que convenhamos é mais alto. Mas hoje minha experiência foi decepcionante. A qualidade despencou.
Não veio nada de molho de tomate (ainda tive que ouvir grosseria "não sabemos seu gosto da próxima vamos colocar muito molho") ressalto não veio NADA de molho, seca. Ai a outra dizia que tinha mussarela, essa deve ter se perdido no meio do caminho, porque sumiu.
E pra finalizar pedimos uma de morango com nutella, juro veio 10 pedacinhos para uma pizza de 4 pedaços, assim espalhados por cima além da massa parecer um rap10 cru.
E que mas me chateia é a arrogancia da gerente que não aceitou o feedback, pois reclamei numa boa pois me considerava cliente. Enfim não recomendo mais.
Whenever I came to Santos, I ordered the pizza because it was very tasty and well-tailored, living up to the higher price. But today my experience was disappointing. The quality plummeted.
No tomato sauce came (I still had to hear the rudeness "we don't know what it tastes like next time we're going to add a lot of sauce") I stick out NOTHING sauce came, dry. Then the other one said that there was mozzarella, this one must have been lost along the way, because it disappeared.
And to finish, we ordered a strawberry with nutella, I swear it came 10 pieces for a 4-piece pizza, spread over the top and the dough looks like a raw rap10.
And that what bothers me is the arrogance of the manager who did not accept the feedback, as I complained well because I considered myself a customer. Anyway, I don't recommend it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é a melhor pizza que conheço em Santos, porém é boa e tem um preço mais razoável. Os únicos pontos negativos são que demora para entregarem e não tem muito molho na pizza.
It's not the best pizza I know in Santos, but it's good and at a more reasonable price. The only negatives are that they take a long time to deliver and there isn't much sauce on the pizza.
