Fui muito bem atendido desde a recepção pela Luciana, até a Viviane Rocha, que me explicou detalhadamente o funcionamento de uma coluna e porque ela fica bugada rs. E também o massagista José, que aplicou uma massagem sensacional. Você vê que se trata de um lugar que as pessoas tem paixão pelo que fazem, e são muito dedicados. Continuem assim.
 Sensational. I loved meeting you. I was very well attended from the reception by Luciana, to Viviane Rocha, who explained to me in detail the functioning of a column and why it gets buggy lol. And also the masseuse José, who applied a sensational massage. You see that this is a place that people have a passion for what they do, and they are very dedicated. Keep it up.

Ele é um excelente profissional, tem realizado um trabalho incrível na minha coluna, inclusive me tirando de uma cirurgia lombar! A equipe toda, desde recepção até os massoterapeutas são muito cortês, simpáticos e resolutivos. O novo local da unidade Paulista está muito bom também. Recomendo muito!
I have been aligning my spine with chiropractor Anderson Crepaldi. He's an excellent professional, he's been doing an incredible job on my spine, including getting me out of lower back surgery! The entire staff, from reception to massage therapists, are very courteous, friendly and resolute. The new location of the Paulista unit is also very good. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Ao tentar agendar a consulta, me foi disponibilizado o horário das 18h para o mesmo dia, então pedi para confirmar a consulta. Fiquei na espera por mais de 30 min, sem resposta acabei ligando para a clínica, então me foi dito que esse horário já não estava mais disponível.
Cada dia mais aparecem essas clínicas com atendimento em massa, sem nenhuma preocupação com a qualidade do serviço, onde o atendimento acaba sento algo impessoal, robótico. Não se tem mais um relação profissional e paciente. Te mandam um número de WhatsApp, você escolhe o pacote e agenda um horário (quando consegue).
Minha sugestão, para você que está buscando um local confiável e que realmente vai te ajudar. Busque um local onde você sinta que, realmente, estão de escutando, onde você sinta que tem alguém preocupado com o seu problema e querendo te ajudar e fuja dessas clínicas que somente querem te vender um pacote de serviços.
Terrible attendance. When trying to schedule the appointment, I was given the time of 6 pm for the same day, so I asked to confirm the appointment. I was on hold for over 30 min, with no answer, I ended up calling the clinic, so I was told that this time was no longer available.
More and more these clinics appear with mass care, without any concern for the quality of service, where the service ends up feeling something impersonal, robotic. There is no longer a professional and patient relationship. They send you a WhatsApp number, you choose the package and schedule a time (when you can).
My suggestion, for you who are looking for a reliable place that will really help you. Find a place where you feel that they are really listening, where you feel that there is someone worried about your problem and wanting to help you, and run away from those clinics that only want to sell you a package of services.

Na rua itapeva é meio difícil achar lugar para estacionar, mas nas proximidades tem estacionamento a 15 reais preço único.

On Rua Itapeva it is kind of difficult to find a parking space, but nearby there is parking for 15 reais a single price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci o a empresa através do YouTube com vídeos do George e logo me interessei pelo trabalho do mesmo e entrei em contato.
A empresa me ofereceu 03 tipos de atendimento mas para minha surpresa, o profissional George só atende através de um pacote que denominam como VIP contemplando 01 hora de atendimento mas não necessariamente dedicada à uma sessão pura de quiro mas sim alguns ajustes e o restante do tempo refere-se à orientações de saúde (que não é o que busco no momento) e no final do atendimento tem uma sessão de massagem (também não é o que procuro), mas o curioso é que apesar de pagar pelo atendimento "VIP" com o George, a massagem final será realizada por outro profissional.
Resumindo, se optar pelo atendimento com o George temos que aceitar um pacote, não há outra alternativa.
É uma situação bem chata e confesso que fiquei bem decepcionado e perdi totalmente o interesse, até cancelei minha inscrição no canal da empresa pelo YouTube.
Aproveitando a oportunidade deixo uma sugestão para que o site da clínica contenha o perfil de todos profissionais que atuam nas unidades sendo possível conhecermos um pouquinho da experiência profissional de cada um, assim como achei bacana conhecer o trabalho e experiência do George pelo YouTube ( o que fez me interessar), creio que seria bem interessante acessar o site e ser possível visualizar a experiência profissional de cada um e até mesmo escolher com quem se deseja agendar.
No mais desejo sucesso à empresa e torço que trabalhem para mudanças e que no futuro o cliente não necessite ficar limitado à um pacote de serviços ao escolher pelo profissional que deseja.
I got to know the company through YouTube with George's videos and soon I became interested in his work and got in touch.
The company offered me 03 types of service but to my surprise, the professional George only attends through a package they call VIP, contemplating 01 hour of service but not necessarily dedicated to a pure chiro session but some adjustments and the rest of the time refers to health guidelines (which is not what I am looking for at the moment) and at the end of the service there is a massage session (which is also not what I am looking for), but the curious thing is that despite paying for the "VIP" service with George, the final massage will be performed by another professional.
In short, if you choose George's service, we have to accept a package, there is no other alternative.
It's a very annoying situation and I confess that I was very disappointed and totally lost interest, I even canceled my subscription to the company's YouTube channel.
Taking advantage of the opportunity, I make a suggestion for the clinic's website to contain the profile of all professionals who work in the units, making it possible for us to know a little bit of each one's professional experience, just as I thought it was nice to know George's work and experience through YouTube (which made me interested), I think it would be very interesting to access the site and be able to view the professional experience of each one and even choose who to schedule an appointment with.
In the most I wish the company success and I hope that they work for changes and that in the future the client does not need to be limited to a package of services when choosing the professional they want.
