★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento nota 10 o atendente preocupu-se em em ajudar em ate no que nao era da alcada dele, diferente dos outros lugares sugerem a troca de alguma coisa qdo necessario e nao ficam te empurrando produtos que nao sao necessarios muito bom

Agora a Rede promete uma lista de brindes mediante a pontuação quando abastecemos, mas os brindes nunca chegam, cheirando a propaganda enganosa!!! Ja tem mais de 4 meses que fico cobrando o brinde e nada!! Vamos valorizar mais a clientela Rede Pica Pau!!
As for the service I can't complain, because I was always well attended !! Now the Chain promises a list of gifts by punctuation when filling, but the gifts never arrive, smelling like misleading advertising !!! It's been over 4 months now that I'm collecting the gift and nothing !! Let's give more value to the Pica Pau Network clientele !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a trocar o óleo do cambio automático, colocaram Dexron 3, entrei em contato e o Thiago que se mostrou solicito em resolver meu problema, trocaram novamente para óleo correto Dexron 6. Agora vou andar, ver como ficou e avalio novamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja atende bem, mas os caras não são mecânicos experientes, fazem o básico para uma troca de óleo, mas isso não denigre a entrega do serviço. Os produtos ofertados são de boa qualidade, uma grande variedade de óleo e os filtros são de uma boa marca. O preço é de mercado, bons preços para o óleo e para os filtros nem tanto, você consegue o de mesma marca mais em conta.
Se for fazer arrefecimento, fique atento, os caras não são mecânicos experientes.
The store serves well, but the guys are not experienced mechanics, they do the basics for an oil change, but that doesn't detract from the service delivery. The products offered are of good quality, a wide variety of oil and the filters are from a good brand. The price is market, good prices for oil and filters not so good, you can get the same brand cheaper.
If you're going to cool down, be aware, these guys aren't experienced mechanics.

Não vi nenhuma qualidade no serviço prestado empura empura dando não recomendo e que sirva de apredizado o seu cliente precisa de um bom serviço não dessa velha manobra de posto que a tempos já está manjada !
