Terrible attendance!!! 4 employees to attend ... `` 5 clients´´ .... and still leaves unattended. You need to better recruit the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes lerdas e mal educadas. Uma vez estava sozinha no café, só eu de cliente e demoraram mais de 15min p trazer um pão de queijo e suco, e mais 10 p trazer o café. UM ABSURDO! ALÔ PROPRIETÁRIOS!
Slow and rude attendants. Once I was alone in the cafe, just me as a client and it took more than 15 minutes to bring a cheese bread and juice, and another 10 minutes to bring the coffee. ABSURD! HELLO OWNERS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Brigaram com meu filho de 4 anos pq ele estava brincando com os sachês da mesa enquanto aguardávamos o pedido que estava demorando. A atendente simplesmente arrancou da mão dele os sachês e disse que ele não podia fazer aquilo, mesmo eu explicando q eu tenho cafeteria e q ele iria arrumar. E também não tinha pão de queijo.
Terrible attendance. They fought with my 4 year old son because he was playing with the sachets on the table while we waited for the order that was taking. The attendant simply took the sachets out of his hand and said that he couldn't do that, even though I explained that I have a cafeteria and that he was going to fix it. There was also no cheese bread.

Good place to have that quick snack ... between one purchase and another! ... I recommend taking the caputino .Very good!

Hoje me decepcionei com o atendimento...
Pois fui fazer pedido de lanche e a moça pediu pra mim retirar o cupom no caixa...
Fui, retirei e nesse meio tempo chegou uma família diretamente com a mesma e ela atendeu sem precisar cupom, aguardei com o cupom na mão e logo após ela foi atender outra pessoa... Daí falei,moça estou a espera, tu me pediu cupom e eu retirei... A lei não é pra todos? Ela me mandou se catar e foi muito mal educada... ficou debochando e rindo quando a chamei de mal educada...Raquel e o nome da mica que não deve estar feliz com seu emprego....

Today I was disappointed with the service...
Because I went to order a snack and the lady asked me to withdraw the coupon at the checkout...
I went, took it out and in the meantime a family arrived directly with her and she answered without needing a coupon, I waited with the coupon in her hand and right after she went to see someone else... Then I said, lady I'm waiting, you asked me for a coupon and I withdrew... Isn't the law for everyone? She told me to get dressed and was very rude... she was mocking and laughing when I called her rude...Raquel and the name of the mica who must not be happy with her job....
