★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento precisa se entrosar mais; acredito que a atendente estivesse em treinamento. O hambúrguer era bom, mas o tempero não estava distribuído uniformemente. Algumas partes muito salgadas outras sem sal.
 The service needs to get more involved; I believe the attendant was in training. The hamburger was good but the seasoning was not evenly distributed. Some parts very salty, others not salty.

A batata se apertasse saia 1 litro de óleo. O hambúrguer então nem se fala, um boi berrante em meio a uma gosma de cheddar sem sabor, se eu jogasse o cheddar na parede ele grudava e não caia com certeza.
A única coisa que se salvou no meu pedido foi a coca que graças a Deus já veio dentro da lata!

If the potato was pressed, 1 liter of oil would come out. The hamburger is not even mentioned, a screeching ox in the midst of a tasteless cheddar goo, if I threw the cheddar on the wall it would stick and not fall for sure.
The only thing that was saved in my order was the coke which, thank God, came inside the can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche e batata muito bons! Maionese excelente e por isso gosto porém o serviço é muito ruim. Peço muito delivery e noto que não há nenhum tipo de fidelização do cliente, cada vez que peço é como se fosse a primeira vez, já erraram, já recebi a maionese quente, na última tentativa de pedir demoraram 25 min para me responder. Enfim, bom atendimento é essencial!
Snacks and potatoes very good! Excellent mayonnaise and that's why I like it but the service is very bad. I order a lot of delivery and I notice that there is no kind of customer loyalty, every time I order it is as if it were the first time, they have already made a mistake, I already received the hot mayonnaise, in the last attempt to order it took 25 minutes for me to respond. Finally, good service is essential!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistema Ruim, barulho dos motoboys da loja da Paola do Master chef prejudicaram o excelente hambúrguer do Quintal. Ao chegar na casa, o cardápio é só por QR code, porém o pedido tem que ser no caixa. O Bulguer é o mesmo sistema mais é bem mais organizado. O lanche demorou um pouco, pela demanda enorme de entregas, pois a casa estava vazia durante a visita. O barulho da loja do lado incomoda, prefira as mesas internas mesmo com esse surto de vírus. Observando isso, a qualidade compensa, pode ir sem medo.
Bad system, noise from the motoboys at Paola do Master chef's store harmed the excellent hamburger at Quintal. When arriving at the house, the menu is only by QR code, but the order has to be at the cashier. Bulguer is the same system but is much more organized. The snack took a while, due to the huge demand for deliveries, as the house was empty during the visit. The noise from the store next door is annoying, prefer the indoor tables even with this virus outbreak. Watching this, the quality pays off, you can go without fear.

Ambiente muito bem decorado, banheiro limpo, pia para lavar as mãos com sabonete. O preço é compatível a outras hambúrguerias da região da Vila Leopoldina mas o sabor é o diferencial. Mesas para comer ao ar livre e música ambiente agradável. Cardápio por QR Code e físico.
Excellent service, amazing sandwiches made to order, beer crackling cold, this is how you are welcomed at Quintal Burguer. Very well decorated environment, clean bathroom, sink to wash your hands with soap. The price is compatible with other hamburgers in the Vila Leopoldina region, but the flavor is what makes the difference. Tables to eat outdoors and pleasant background music. Menu by QR Code and physical.
