★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha quase experiência aí foi uma das mais horríveis!! Péssima!! Falta de comprometimento e profissionalismo do dono, do gerente etc e mais. Agendei para comemorar meu aniversário na terça feira 15, entre 7:30/8hs e simplesmente as 7:20 ligaram para minha filha dizendo que iriam fechar pois já haviam dispensado o pessoal da cozinha. Nossa reação foi de "Oi?" Como assim?? As pessoas foram chegando e ele dispensando. Um absurdo!! Se nao não iriam atender para que se comprometeram?? Quase estragaram minha noite.
Zero responsabilidade, profissionalismo e comprometimento com cliente. Não indico, nunca pisarei nesse lugar!!
My near experience there was one of the most horrible!! Awful!! Lack of commitment and professionalism from the owner, manager etc and more. I made an appointment to celebrate my birthday on Tuesday 15th, between 7:30/8:00 am and simply at 7:20 am they called my daughter saying that they would close because they had already dismissed the kitchen staff. Our reaction was "Hi?" Like this?? People were arriving and he was letting go. An absurdity!! If they wouldn't answer, what did they commit to?? They almost ruined my night.
Zero responsibility, professionalism and customer commitment. I do not recommend, I will never set foot in this place!!
