★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente hoje tivemos uma situação desagradável......eu e meus amigos fomos.comprar bebidas e um dos funcionários....que não sabemos o nome nos distratou pois pedimos um.favor pra nos ajudar a levar bebidas até nossa barraca e ele disse que teríamos que pagar o serviço ....Infelizmente já tinha pago senao devolveria as bebidas ?
Selecione melhor o quadro de funcionarios de vocês por favor........por isso não recomendo .....e nunca mais ......foi muito grosso com a gente.....

E aconselho a todos fazerem o mesmo

Rude, stupid and unprepared to work anywhere, especially in a kiosk by the beach where customers go to relax
We ordered a portion and as a gift came a hair
never come back
And I advise everyone to do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, banheiro limpo e porções muito bem servidas. Comemos uma que se chama mista 3 e é simplesmente maravilhosa. Muito bem temperada, macia por dentro crocante por fora e pelo sabor e cor foi feita em óleo limpo. Recomendo.
Good service, clean bathroom and very good portions. We ate one called mixed 3 and it was just wonderful. Very well seasoned, soft inside, crispy outside and for the taste and color it was made in clean oil. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos super mal tratado, o funcionário nesse quiosque é super desrespeito, trata os clientes super mal. Sentamos em uma das mesas sem nenhuma sinalização, o funcionário chegou e mandou que todos saíssemos pois, segundo ele estava reservado para outro cliente. Porém, em nenhum momento chegou com educação, e ficou até o último momento maltratando, em nenhum momento tentou resolver o problema, não sabe trabalhar com clientes. Segundo ele, é o gerente do quiosque, se o gerente é assim imagina todo resto.
We were super badly treated, the employee at this kiosk is super disrespectful, treats customers super badly. We sat at one of the tables without any signage, the employee arrived and ordered us all to leave because, according to him, it was reserved for another customer. However, at no time did he arrive politely, and he was mistreating until the last moment, at no time did he try to solve the problem, he does not know how to work with clients. According to him, he is the manager of the kiosk, if the manager is like that, imagine everything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesta barraca para comprar algumas bebidas e algo para comer e presenciei um dos funcionários que não consegui identificar maltratando alguns clientes, ouvi o absurdo "pague pelo serviço que ele leva a bebida". Acredito que nada é de graça até mesmo pelos valores expostos no cardápio. Eu aguardava para comprar, ao presenciar a cena me direcionei assim como outras pessoas para as barracas ao lado. E outra coisa, jamais volto a comprar neste lugar. É evidente a falta de preparo, de educação e de entendimento de cordialidade com o cliente.
Espero que sejam capazes de tomar as devidas providências quanto ao funcionário, pois se fosse na minha empresa ele estaria demitido.
I was in this tent to buy some drinks and something to eat and I witnessed one of the employees that I couldn't identify mistreating some customers, I heard the absurd "pay for the service he takes the drink". I believe that nothing is free even for the values displayed on the menu. I was waiting to buy, when witnessing the scene I was directed as well as other people to the stalls next door. And another thing, I will never buy from this place again. The lack of preparation, education and understanding of cordiality with the customer is evident.
I hope they are able to take the necessary measures regarding the employee, because if it were in my company he would be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade, um dos funcionários que por infelicidade a minha não ter conseguido verificar o nome dele. Muito arrogante, adquirimos produtos no quiosque e pela quantidade não conseguimos levar até a tenda que estávamos, solicitei um auxílio e o funcionário disse que era pra eu me virar, que se eu quisesse era para contratar o serviço deles. Para sorte deles é minha infelicidade eu já tinha realizado o pagamento, porque do contrário teria deixado tudo por lá mesmo. Se tiver uma nota abaixo de zero eu daria. Pessoa afrontosa. O proprietário deveria rever alguns de seus funcionários e passar todos por um aperfeiçoamento de como atender os clientes que ali frequentam.
