★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço absurdo e os chopps vem com muito colarinho, quando a espuma some, fica na metade do copo, e mesmo pedindo sem, disserem que é assim que funciona.... As promoções de 4 long neck por 5 é falsa.... Detestei a única coisa boa foi a música ao vivo e mesmo assim eles cobram 5 reais por pessoa para o cantor....

Pior experiência, nunca mais voltaremos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora para entregar os pedidos, mais de uma hora pra entregar uma das porções... Mostraram não ter organização no que estão fazendo e após termos levantado da mesa, depois de 15 minutos chamando o garçom, tentaram entregar a porção...
No caixa nem um pedido de desculpas ou explicação pelo atraso, para tentar salvar o cliente...
E nem estavam lotados...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pela primeira vez no último final de semana através do iFood. Embalagem bonita, e chegou no horário, mas, quando abrimos, a decepção.
O refrigerante veio quente, a batata murcha, e o lanche muito queimado.
Logo que abrimos a embalagem, já subiu o cheiro de comida queimada. Tentei contato com o restaurante através do iFood, do telefone, do WhatsApp e do Instagram... e eles simplesmente me ignoraram.
Erros acontecem, principalmente quando a demanda é alta. Porém, entregar um lanche queimado é uma falta de respeito tremenda com o consumidor! Quanto custa um pão de hambúrguer? E qual a dificuldade em atender um cliente com um problema?
Nunca mais peço nesse lugar...
I ordered for the first time last weekend through iFood. Beautiful packaging, and arrived on time, but when we opened, the disappointment.
The soda came hot, the potato wilted, and the snack was badly burnt.
As soon as we opened the packaging, the smell of burning food was already rising. I tried to contact the restaurant through iFood, the phone, WhatsApp and Instagram ... and they just ignored me.
Mistakes happen, especially when demand is high. However, delivering a burnt snack is a tremendous lack of respect for the consumer! How much does a hamburger bun cost? And what is the difficulty in serving a customer with a problem?
I never ask in that place again ...
