★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi dois lanches e me informaram que em até 40 minutos estaria entregue passado 1 hora nem ao menos saiu para entrega!, decidi ir buscar com minha moto chegando ao local me entregaram o pedido errado sem o refrigerante eu informei que não me deram o refrigerante e simplesmente esqueceram novamente de me entregar e fiquei esperando igual bobo no balcão até perceberem que eu estava esperando algo e me perguntarem mais uma vez e eu ter de falar mais uma vez que o refrigerante não foi entregue!
Eu não me importo de esperar 1h, 1h e meia, más passe o prazo de entrega certo.
Nunca mais faço pedido pelo telefone.
I asked for two snacks and they informed me that in 40 minutes it would be delivered after 1 hour or at least it left for delivery !, I decided to go with my bike to the place and they gave me the wrong order without the soda I informed them that they did not give me the soda and they simply forgot to give me up again and I kept waiting for the same fool at the counter until they realized that I was expecting something and they asked me one more time and I had to say once again that the soda was not delivered!
I do not mind waiting 1h, 1h and a half, plus pass the right delivery time.
I never order again on the phone.
