★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somente após estar instalado na cadeira e guarda-sol o atendente chamado Carlos veio com uma máquina de cartão dizendo que veio cobrar a "antecipação".
Eles cobram antes um consumo antecipado de 150 reais.
O problema não é ser caro ou não, mas não dizer no momento da abordagem ainda na calçada sobre isso. Soa muito desonesto.
Mas o problema maior foi quando questionei o Carlos e ele disse que tentou me explicar antes sobre essa cobrança e que eu não dei ouvidos. Se antes soava desonestidade, agora soava maucaratismo.
Devolvemos os produtos não consumidos e fomos ao vizinho, barraca da Lu, que agiu honestamente. Barraca muito simples porém pessoas decentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que pagar 150 pra ficar no guarda sol, sendo que outros quiosques é só consumir uma porção. Garçom foi tirado ao falar q se quebrar o guarda sol teria q pagar mil reais.

Vou contar minha experiência.
O quiosque é o tipo de lugar que não volto mais.
Primeiro começa pelo fato de vc ter que deixar como crédito o valor que cobram pelo guarda-sol, pois só depois de montar que avisam que vc tem que deixar o valor adiantando. Mas até ai tudo bem, porque fica quem quer.
Mas a qualidade de produtos (além de serem caros) , deixa muuuito a desejar. Pedi um misto quente que vem com uma fatia de queijo e uma de presunto. O suco de açaí muito aguado, o hot dog que vem com duas salsichas e um pouquinho de batata palha e sem falar na porção de fritas... Uma vergonha.
Nunca tive problema em quiosque algum em Guarujá, e a gente já vai com a consciência de que tudo é um pouquinho caro. Mas daí vc pagar caro em um produto que não corresponde ao valor...
Os atendentes são atenciosos, mas pela qualidade do lugar, não volto mais e não indico.

I will share my experience.
The kiosk is the kind of place I don't go back to.
First, it starts with the fact that you have to leave the amount they charge for the umbrella as a credit, as it is only after mounting that they tell you that you have to leave the amount in advance. But so far so good, because whoever wants to stay.
But the quality of the products (in addition to being expensive) leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a hot mixed that comes with a slice of cheese and a slice of ham. The very watery açaí juice, the hot dog that comes with two sausages and a little straw potato and not to mention the fries portion... Shame.
I've never had a problem with any kiosks in Guarujá, and we are already aware that everything is a little expensive. But then you pay dearly for a product that doesn't match the value...
The attendants are attentive, but because of the quality of the place, I won't be back and I won't recommend it.

Não recomendo, não indico, nao volto.
O apartamento em que estamos hospedados tem as próprias cadeiras e guarda-sol, então nós alocamos em meio aos guarda-sóis do quiosque, o problema é que os garçons não te dão atenção se você não está no guarda-sol deles, você tem quase que implorar para te atenderem. No fim das contas resolvemos ir direto ao quiosque fazer o pedido, chegando lá a atendente que não sei se era dona ou não, sequer um sorriso deu. Falamos o pedido e por não estarmos no guarda-sol deles não podíamos sair de lá, tivemos que pagar e ficar esperando lá mesmo, segundo ela o tempo seria pouco, então não vi problema em esperar. Aí foi que a novela começou. Pedimos um suco de laranja com acerola, veio só laranja, falamos que estava errado e foi uma grosseria só da atendente com a moça que fez (que pouco se importava), pedimos um x-salada com ovo e um americano, vieram dois americanos, secos esturricados, informei que o pedido veio errado, outra grosseria, agora com a moça que fez os lanches, que retrucou fortemente também a atendente (dona ou sla oq) aí foi outra longa espera para receber o lanche que veio sem o ovo, que inclusive PAGUEI A MAIS POR ELE (me venceu pelo cansaço, pq iriam demorar outra vida só pro ovo tb, certeza). Pedimos um pastel e questionamos se ele era feito na hora porque se fosse, queríamos um de pizza sem presunto, a resposta foi que já estava montado e não daria para montar do jeito que queriamos, resultado, a moça montando o pastel NA HORA, NA NOSSA FRENTE kkkkk parecia até piada, nem pra combinarem entre eles....
Resumo: Atendimento péssimo, comida razoável que pelo valor se torna péssima, preços abusivos (entendo que por ser praia seja mais alto mesmo, mas convenhamos né? Se eu pago um valor alto, eu quero uma qualidade alta também), a energia negativa do ambiente e das pessoas do quiosque foi toda pra comida. Péssimo.

In the end, we decided to go straight to the kiosk to place the order, and the attendant arrived there, who I don't know if she was the owner or not, not even a smile. We said the order and because we weren't in their umbrella we couldn't leave there, we had to pay and wait there, according to her there would be little time, so I didn't have a problem with waiting. That's when the novel began. We ordered orange juice with acerola, only orange came, we said it was wrong and it was just rude from the attendant to the girl who made it (who didn't care), we ordered an x-salad with egg and an American, two Americans came, dry, I informed that the order came wrong, another rudeness, now with the girl who made the snacks, who also retorted strongly the attendant (dona or sla oq) there was another long wait to receive the snack that came without the egg, which I even PAID MORE FOR IT (I got beat up by fatigue, because it would take another life just for the egg too, that's for sure). We asked for a pastry and asked if it was made on the spot because if it was, we wanted a pizza without ham, the answer was that it was already assembled and it would not be possible to assemble it the way we wanted, the result, the girl assembling the pastel ON TIME, NA OUR FRONT lol it even looked like a joke, not even to match between them....
Summary: Terrible service, reasonable food, which for the price becomes terrible, abusive prices (I understand that because it is the beach it is even higher, but let's face it, right? If I pay a high price, I want high quality too), the negative energy of the environment and the people at the kiosk it was all for food. Terrible.
