Ótimo Preço. Excelente Qualidade . Mas tem algo que qualquer Comércio deve ter para ter seus Clientes fixos . E Olha vcs tem uma excelente qualidade em atendimento e Prestações de Serviço portanto sempre compro com vcs oque preciso . Chá são uns 2 anos ou mais. Desde o antigo endereço aí lado . Mas a todos os funcionários e a ADM que seja uma ano ainda mais Próspero a todos vc Equipe R.A. Ferragens
When we look for anything of any kind. Perhaps we find in R.A Ferragens. A perfect place for shopping in the civilian areas and also decorations and others in general. Great Price. Excellent Quality. But there is something that any Trade must have to have its Customers fixed. And look, you have an excellent quality in attendance and service provision, so I always buy with you what I need. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de um spray verniz automotivo e o mesmo parou de funcionar enquanto estava usando. Voltei a loja pra informar o ocorrido, o vendedor disse que foi usado incorretamente, nem ao menos considerou a hipótese da válvula estar com defeito. Disse também pra deixar o spray na loja pro fornecedor avaliar, mas deixar pra que se o vendedor já adivinhou o que aconteceu só de olhar?
Se negaram a resolver um simples problema.
Não faço questão alguma dos 15 reais que paguei pelo spray, mas pelo visto a loja faz.
Sou um cliente de anos e me negaram a solução do meu problema, infelizmente.
I bought an automotive varnish spray and it stopped working while I was using it. I went back to the store to report what happened, the seller said it was used incorrectly, he didn't even consider the valve to be defective. I also said to leave the spray in the store for the supplier to evaluate, but leave it for what if the salesperson has already guessed what happened just by looking?
They refused to solve a simple problem.
I don't care about the 15 reais I paid for the spray, but apparently the store does.
I've been a customer for years and I was denied the solution to my problem, unfortunately.
