Escolhi essa loja pra presentar um parente com uma festa surpresa (trabalho com doces não com bolos de festa) entrei em contato com minha conta profissional encomendei o bolo logo sentir má vontade em atender, mas deixei pra lá pq poderia ser impressão minha, expliquei que precisava do bolo pro fim da tarde mas que iria passar na loja pra fazer o pagamento pra deixar o bolo reservado é me informaram que não ia da pq ia fechar as 16:30 isso depois de já te escolhido o bolo tudo bem compreendi apesar do horário divulgado ser outro e eu te escolhido a loja justamente pelo horário eu fui retirar o bolo sim que falaram que estava pronto, a surpresa deixou de ser surpresa pq cheguei com o bolo antes do horário é a pessoa viu mas agora me deparo com eles funcionando, até divulgando os produto a pronta entrega isso aconteceu as 15 hrs e agora é 20:30 pra uma loja que falou que ia fechar as 16:30 está com uber é ifood aberto... Infelizmente muita falta de profissionalismo de uma pessoa que se diz ser "CHEFE"
Bad store, bad service, professional pressure!! I chose this store to present a relative with a surprise party (I work with sweets not with party cakes) I contacted my professional account I ordered the cake soon, feeling unwilling to serve, but I let it go because it could be my impression, I explained that I needed the cake by the end of the afternoon but that I would stop by the store to make the payment to leave the cake reserved and I was informed that I was not going to because it would close at 4:30 pm So after I had already chosen the cake, I understood well despite the time disclosed to be another one and I chose the store just for the time I went to remove the cake, but they said it was ready, the surprise was no longer a surprise because I arrived with the cake before the time is the person who saw it but now I find them working, even publicizing the products for prompt delivery this happened at 15 hrs and now it's 20:30 for a store that said it would close at 16:30 is with uber it's open ifood... Unfortunately, there's a lot of lack of professionalism from a person who says himself to be "BOSS"
