★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, estragaram uma mesa de centro de madeira, tentaram consertar voltou horrível, tentaram tampar o amassado da madeira com massa, lixaram a peça toda fazendo com que ela perdesse sua cor qual combinava com outros moveis. Colocaram fita adesiva em poltronas de veludo estragando o tecido, colocaram fita adesiva em um baú de couro sintético, quando tiraram a fita saiu a parte do couro. Dona da empresa, muito mal educada, além de maltratar seus funcionários fazendo com que eles paguem tudo que for danificado, após as reclamações falando que meus moveis que são de péssima qualidade. O seguro tão aclamado pela empresa, não serve para nada em caso de danos, ou melhor o seguro serve somente para deixar mais lucrativo. Não recomendo, será uma empresa boa somente se o cliente estiver com sorte de nada acontecer.
Bad, they ruined a wooden coffee table, tried to fix it, it came back horrible, they tried to cover the dent in the wood with grease, they sanded the whole piece causing it to lose its color which matched other furniture. They put duct tape on velvet armchairs that spoiled the fabric, put duct tape on a synthetic leather chest, and when they took the tape off the part of the leather. Owner of the company, very rude, and mistreat its employees by causing them to pay everything that is damaged, after the complaints saying that my furniture is of poor quality. Insurance so much acclaimed by the company serves no purpose in case of damage, or rather insurance only serves to make it more profitable. I do not recommend it, it will be a good company only if the customer is lucky nothing happens.

Pessoal qualificado, embalaram tudo, não houve nem um dano aos meus móveis! Além disso, montaram o guarda roupa muito bem montado! Recomendo muito a empresa, inclusive já indiquei para minha mãe! Parabéns, pessoal! Vcs foram ótimos!
at the beginning of june we moved from a single storey house to an apartment with no stairs, the professionalism of the company was incredible !! Qualified staff, packed everything, there was no damage to my furniture! In addition, they mounted the wardrobe very well assembled! I highly recommend the company, I even mentioned it to my mother!
