Worst car store there is !!!! I made it clear that in the morning I was going to close the ninth car deal and when I went to sign the paperwork it was not being sold to someone else! Worst type of people there is. People without words

Minha mãe comprou um carro nessa loja, na primeira semana apresentou vazamento no radiador, passamos simplesmente 11 meses tentando resolver o problema, 11 MESÊS, o mecânico deles sempre falando que não tinha problema nenhum no carro, desisti e levei em um mecânico de confiança, descobrimos muitas falcatruas, falamos com o vendedor, até com um dos donos, infelizmente não conseguimos resolver nada, pra resumir, perdemos o carro, pq só pra consertar seria em torno de 15 mil reais. NÃO CONFIEM NESSA LOJA, eles não tem o menor respeito pelos clientes, NÃO CONFIEM!!!
DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE, ARE NOT RELIABLE.
My mom bought a car at this store, in the first week she had a leak in the radiator, we just spent 11 months trying to solve the problem, 11 MONTHS, their mechanic always saying there was no problem with the car, I gave up and took it to a trusted mechanic, we discovered many hoaxes, we talked with the seller, even with one of the owners, unfortunately we couldn't solve anything, to sum up, we lost the car, because just to fix it would be around 15 thousand reais. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE, they have no respect for customers, DO NOT TRUST !!!

Poor service.... After sales, even worse... To sell they do everything.. After it sells... A hug... Then nothing is + they can't help with anything etc... In short , I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em primeiro lugar me prometeram com 100% de certeza que meu consórcio daria certo, pois bem não deu, e simplesmente eles alegam nunca ter ocorrido isto antes, tomem cuidado com esta loja.
Em segundo lugar o vendedor que me atendeu foi extremamente arrogante sem profissionalismo e com um ton de ironia, não recomendo esta loja.
First of all they promised me with 100% certainty that my consortium would work out, well it didn't, and they simply claim that this has never happened before, be careful with this store.
Secondly, the salesperson who helped me was extremely arrogant, unprofessional and with a hint of irony, I do not recommend this store.
