Depois de 20 dias solicitando retorno quase todos os dias e recebendo as mais variadas desculpas me enviaram um técnico que cobrou 100 reais pela "visita" pq, segundo eles, o defeito (que não existia até a primeira visita) não tinha a ver com o primeiro conserto.
Não pretendo voltar a fazer negócio.
Very disappointed with the service. They did a repair and left another defect. After 20 days requesting a return almost every day and receiving the most varied excuses, they sent me a technician who charged 100 reais for the "visit" because, according to them, the defect (which did not exist until the first visit) had nothing to do with the first fix.
I don't intend to do business again.
