★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o celular para troca de tela e depois de uma semana já apresentou defeito e agora 40 dias depois apareceu uma linha preta na tela, infelizmente acabou o tempo da garantia e eu não consegui ir na loja reclamar. Péssimo serviço.
I took the phone to change the screen and after a week it was defective and now 40 days later a black line appeared on the screen, unfortunately the warranty expired and I couldn't go to the store to complain. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo de atendimento. NAO ENTRE NESSA LOJA. Enganacao de garantia. Enganacao de "conserto". Colocam pecas falsificadas e por isso nao funciona por mais de 30 dias. Na data do dia 31/05/2021 levei meu celular para consertar na loja R&R Acessorios localizada na rua Rubiao Junior,119, Centro, sao jose dos campos -SP. Na data do dia 22/06 retornei a loja, pois o celular estava com uma listra branca e conforme nota fiacal 3 meses de garantia, porem o dono da loja Sr Rafael desreipeitosamente me acusou de ter derrubado o celular e por isso nao haveria cobertura sugeriu que procurasse meus direitos.
Waste of care. DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE. Warranty deception. "Fix" cheating. They put counterfeit parts and so it doesn't work for more than 30 days. On 05/31/2021 I took my cell phone to be fixed at the R&R Acessorios store located at Rua Rubiao Junior, 119, Centro, sao jose dos campo -SP. On June 22, I returned to the store, as the cell phone had a white stripe and according to the credit note 3 months of warranty, but the store owner Mr Rafael disrespectfully accused me of dropping the cell phone and so there would be no coverage suggested to seek my rights.

Comprei um Btv 11 na loja de jacarei deles no dia 09/02 no dia 24/02 começou a reiniciar sozinho.. entrei em contato com a loja e me disseram que o problema seria no cabo hdmi mesmo sabendo que não era esse o problema comprei outro cabo, o problema persistiu .. levei ate a loja para garantia e depois de duas semanas me disseram que estava pronto, apos dois dias o aparelho ficou pior, levei novamente a loja e depois de uma semana disseram estar perfeito, fui buscar e não levou 3 horas o problema voltou.. entrei em contato com a loja que.disse que o problema é na fonte do aparelho ou na rede elétrica da casa ( rede essa que não reinicia nenhum outro equipamento)
concluindo perdi 1200$ .. não comprem nada nem consertem nada nessa loja !!!!

I bought a Btv 11 at their alligator shop on 02/09 on 02/24 it started to restart by itself.. I contacted the store and they told me that the problem would be with the hdmi cable even though I knew that was not the problem. another cable, the problem persisted .. I took it to the store for warranty and after two weeks they told me it was ready, after two days the device got worse, I took it to the store again and after a week they said it was perfect, I picked it up and not it took 3 hours the problem came back.. I contacted the store that said that the problem is in the source of the appliance or in the electrical network of the house (the network that does not restart any other equipment)
concluding I lost 1200$ .. do not buy anything or fix anything in this store !!!!
