Meu primeiro pedido eu nem avaliei. Dei ainda uma segunda chance, por que a comida vale apena e erro pode acontecer em qualquer estabelecimento.
Mas no meu segundo pedido pude perceber que o erro é recorrente e falta de respeito pelo cliente também.
1° pedido. Demorou mais de duas horas para chegar. Além de ter chegado Marmitex totalmente fria e disseram que motoboy teve problema com pneu da moto. Blz. Pediram imensas desculpas e que não deixa-se de ser cliente por isso. Ok
2° pedido. Demorou igual a primeira vez não deram satisfação, e quando eu perguntava ainda respondiam quando queriam. Ao ligar fui atendida rispidamente. Enfim o pedido chegou e ainda chegou errado.
Foi montada errada.
Resumindo falta de respeito e de atenção. Falta de querer atender bem o cliente.
Quem faz o comercio é o cliente e tbm somos comerciantes.
Isso é muita falta de respeito. Fazer uma boa comida não é apenas 50% do atendimento prestado.
Não só perderam uma cliente. Que talvez não faça diferença. Mas perderam o total respeito.
Total disappointment with the service provided.
My first order I didn't even evaluate. I also gave it a second chance, because the food is worth it and mistakes can happen in any establishment.
But on my second order I could see that the error is recurrent and lack of respect for the customer as well.
1st order. It took over two hours to arrive. In addition to Marmitex having arrived totally cold and they said that the motoboy had a problem with the bike's tire. OK. They asked for a lot of apologies and that you don't stop being a customer for that. OK
2nd request. It took the same as the first time, they didn't give me any satisfaction, and when I asked, they still answered whenever they wanted. When calling I was answered harshly. Finally the order arrived and it still arrived wrong.
It was assembled wrong.
In short, lack of respect and attention. Lack of wanting to serve the customer well.
Who does the trade is the customer and we are also traders.
This is very disrespectful. Making good food is not just 50% of the service provided.
Not only did they lose a customer. That maybe doesn't make a difference. But they lost full respect.
