Porém o atendimento foi nota 1000 e surpreende; ligaram em dois lugares próximos da região e fizeram consulta para eu não ir de bobeira. Uma educação e disposição em ajudar ímpar. Pelo que vi a loja tem boa variedade de produtos e organizada. Parabéns!
I needed a product (specific brand) and unfortunately they didn't have it. However, the attendance was 1000 and surprising; they called in two places near the region and made an appointment for me not to go out of my way. A unique education and willingness to help. From what I saw the store has a good variety of products and is organized. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, hoje dia 07/03/20 essa loja Milanez deixou bem claro, que não precisa de clientes, aqui está informando que fecha as 13:30hrs de sábado, cheguei as 13:00hrs no local e me deparei com 1 rapaz atendendo no balcão e uma senhora no caixa, essa mesma senhora com um tom arrogante disse para uma cliente, não aparece ninguém a manhã toda, chega essa hora aparece um monte, obvio que se está reclamando que tem cliente, é porque não precisa ganhar dinheiro. Assim que chegou minha vez de ser atendida o rapaz me informa que não vendem chapa de sábado, apenas de semana, falei que precisava pois o pedreiro iria na minha casa no domingo, e mesmo assim disse que não dava, até mesmo porque eles fecham a 13:00hrs e já tinha passado do horário, onde tinha passado do horário sendo que a informação é as 13:30hrs e a loja estava toda aberta ainda. Primeira vez que fui nessa loja para ter uma falta de atendimento, se tivesse a opção de nenhuma estrela, essa que daria 0.

As soon as it was my turn to be served, the boy informs me that they do not sell plates on Saturdays, only on weekdays, I said I needed it because the bricklayer would come to my house on Sunday, and even so he said that it wasn’t possible, even because they close the 13: 00hrs and had already passed the time, where it had passed the time and the information is at 13: 30hrs and the store was still open. First time I went to this store to have a lack of service, if I had the option of no stars, the one that would give 0.
