Poor quality Internet and the Customer Service Center is just reeling. For several months we have been experiencing constant signal drops and nothing to be interested in solving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima prestação de serviço, muito precária a conexão, lentam, cai constantemente muitas vezes durante o dia, final de semana não tem atendimento, vc fica o sábado e domingo sem ter pra quem reclamar. Não aconselho meu pior inimigo a contratar essa empresa.
Poor service, very poor connection, slow down, falls constantly many times during the day, weekend is not attended, you stay Saturday and Sunday with no one to complain about. I do not advise my worst enemy to hire this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet muito ruim, a todo momento intermitente, caindo e ficando longos períodos sem acesso. O problema vinha antes mesmo de ser fibra óptica, depois que fizeram a instalação da nova tecnologia ficou ainda pior. É uma dor de cabeça sem fim, perco aulas e deixo de fazer coisas importantes, sem falar nos finais de semana que ficam várias horas sem sinal.
Extremamente decepcionado.
Very bad internet, all the time intermittent, falling and getting long periods without access. The problem came even before it was optical fiber, after they installed the new technology it got even worse. It is an endless headache, I miss classes and stop doing important things, not to mention on weekends that go on for several hours without a signal.
Extremely disappointed.
