Eu e minha namorada compramos duas cervejas no auto atendimento e quando fomos ao bar retirar o pedido, foi nos entregue uma cerveja e uma pepsi. Ao reportarmos que o pedido estava errado, o mesmo foi super grosso e disse que não tinha erro nenhum, sem nem ao menos conferir as fichas entregues. Tentamos mostrar a nota fiscal e o atendente respondeu Nota Fiscal não vale de nada que só importava o que tava nas fichas. Nisso minha namorada pegou de volta as fichas e foi ao caixa questionar se as fichas compradas continham as 2 cervejas e a caixa confirmou que sim. Nisso ao devolver as fichas para o atendente que continuou sendo super grosso finalmente nos entregou o pedido correto, mas incitou um bate boca e ao respondermos ele chamou o segurança que nos agarrou e nos expulsou do local , isso que já havíamos dito que iríamos embora.
Em anexo a foto da NF fiscal comprovando a compra de duas becks, ou seja , o atendente se recusou a conferir as fichas , recusou a conferir a nota fiscal, insistiu que tínhamos comprado uma cerveja e uma pepsi e ainda chamou o segurança para nos expulsar.
One of the worst situations I have ever been in a bar. My girlfriend and I bought two beers at the self-service and when we went to the bar to take the order, we were given a beer and a pepsi. When we reported that the order was wrong, it was super thick and said that there was no error, without even checking the cards delivered. We tried to show the invoice and the attendant replied Invoice is not worth anything, it only mattered what was in the files. Then my girlfriend took back the chips and went to the cashier to ask if the purchased tokens contained the 2 beers and the cashier confirmed that they did. In this, when returning the chips to the attendant who continued to be super rude, he finally gave us the correct order, but incited a squabble and when we answered he called the security guard who grabbed us and expelled us from the place, which we had already said we would leave.
Attached is the photo of the tax invoice proving the purchase of two becks, that is, the attendant refused to check the files, refused to check the invoice, insisted that we had bought a beer and a pepsi and even called the security guard to expel us .
