Levei o carro para fazer uma avaliar um barulho cobrou 600 fez a serviço o barulho so aumentou, voltei no dia seguinte avaliaram di novo e disse que agora ficaria 2500..
Ou seja gastei c p que não precisava eles avaliaram errado e queriam que eu pagasse mais 2500 em um serviso errado e mal avaliado.
Se quer andaram com o carro para ouvir o barulho.

I took the car to make an evaluation, a noise charged 600 did the service the noise only increased, I came back the next day they evaluated it again and said that now it would be 2500..
In other words, I spent c p that I didn't need, they evaluated it wrong and wanted me to pay another 2500 on a wrong and poorly evaluated service.
If you want to drive the car to hear the noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei R$350 reais acima do valor informado. Comprei e instalei 04 pneus nessa loja. O atendente passou o valor e eu perguntei se estava incluso alinhamento e balanceamento. Ele confirmou que sim e eu autorizei a compra e o serviço. Na hora do alinhamento o mecânico veio me avisar que precisaria alinhar as rodas da frente e que demoraria mais 20 minutos. Eu disse ok lógico faça o serviço correto. 10 minutos depois já estava tudo pronto. Fui pagar e para minha surpresa o valor estava R$350 acima do que foi informado. Eu questionei e ele disse que tinha o valor do alinhamento, de válvulas de roda, balanceamento e cambagem! E insistiu que ele havia dito sim anteriormente. MENTIRA!!! O mecânico também não me disse nada, apenas que levaria 20 minutos e não informou que teria valor adicional. Me senti enganado e roubado! Não acredito nem que teve que fazer algum ajuste adicional que levou 10 minutos e custaram mais R$180!!!! Pelo valor que eu paguei teria escolhido outra loja. Não foram honestos comigo. Péssima sensação de ser enganado!
I paid R$350 reais above the amount informed. I bought and installed 04 tires in this store. The attendant passed the amount and I asked if alignment and balancing was included. He confirmed yes and I authorized the purchase and service. At the time of alignment, the mechanic came to tell me that I would need to align the front wheels and that it would take another 20 minutes. I said ok of course do the correct job. 10 minutes later everything was ready. I went to pay and to my surprise the amount was R$350 above what was reported. I questioned him and he said he had the value of alignment, wheel valves, balance and camber! And insisted that he had said yes earlier. LIE!!! The mechanic didn't tell me anything either, just that it would take 20 minutes and didn't say it would be of additional value. I felt cheated and robbed! I can't even believe that I had to make any additional adjustments that took 10 minutes and cost more than R$180!!!! For the amount I paid I would have chosen another store. They weren't honest with me. Bad feeling to be cheated!
