★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais atenciosos, me explicou tudo que precisava de reparos, me entregaram as peças que foram substituídas, veiculo entregue lavado achei isso um luxo, uma recepção confortável para aguardar com tv, café com bolacha, tudo muito limpo e organizado nem parece uma oficina. Super recomendo!!!!

Quanto a sua resposta, tudo que seu estabelecimento oferece me foi oferecido em outro lugares. Tudo! Quanto a rolamento, correia dentada, bomba d'água que ele condenou, ainda falando que provavelmente teria que trocar tbm a junta do cabeçote, não precisaram ser trocados. Realizei o serviço sendo bem tratada, acompanhando o serviço, tomando café e água gelada, usando banheiro, local limpo....e deu super certo. Problema resolvido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei ir a SP para resolver alguns problemas e durante o caminho na rodovia o carro ferveu por 3x, na terceira vez foi perto da Racing. Deixei o carro lá para uma avaliação e após 1h entraram em contato comigo para informar o problema do carro estar fervendo, fui informado que a junta do cabeçote havia queimado e ficaria R$600 para retifica e R$900 para a mão de obra. Como estava em outra cidade solicitei o Gincho do seguro para levar o carro até minha cidade e imediatamente levei ao centro da Porto seguro. No dia seguinte a Porto seguro me informou que a junta do cabeçote estava em perfeitas condições ( O carro não havia apresentado nem um problema anterior que levasse a queima da junta ) depois do carro ficar o dia inteiro na oficina da Porto (fizeram todos os testes possíveis para achar qualquer defeito) tive o resultado do problema do carro, era apenas a tampa do reservatório de água que estava mau apertada. Eu não sei se foi ma fé do mecânico por saber que não éramos de Sp ou se o mesmo realmente não sabia ver o que tinha acontecido. Por essa experiência eu não recomendo. O carro está funcionando perfeitamente agora. O atendimento e bom.
I had to go to SP to solve some problems and during the way on the highway the car boiled for 3 times, the third time it was close to Racing. I left the car there for an evaluation and after 1h they contacted me to report the problem of the car being boiling, I was informed that the head gasket had burned and it would be R$600 for rectification and R$900 for labor. As I was in another city, I requested the insurance Gincho to take the car to my city and immediately took it to the center of Porto Seguro. The next day, Porto Seguro informed me that the head gasket was in perfect condition (the car had not had any previous problems that led to the gasket burning) after the car was in the Porto workshop all day (they did all the tests possible to find any defect) I had the result of the car problem, it was just the water tank cap that was not tight. I don't know if it was the mechanic's bad faith knowing that we weren't from SP or if he really didn't know how to see what had happened. Based on this experience, I don't recommend it. The car is running perfectly now. The service is good.
