Ela simplesmente ignorou o pedido, quando meu marido foi trocar a caixa por outra, veio um outro funcionário e disparou "o que você quer aqui"?
Só acho q não tinha necessidade de falar e agir dessa forma, estávamos efetuando uma compra, não estávamos importunando e nem pedindo nada a ninguém.
My husband went to buy a transport box for my cat, when he arrived at the cashier to make the payment, he asked the operator to kindly exchange the box for another one because it was all dirty.
She just ignored the request, when my husband went to exchange the box for another one, another employee came and said "what do you want here"?
I just think there was no need to talk and act that way, we were making a purchase, we weren't pestering or asking anyone for anything.
