★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste demora a responde quando agente liga não atende. Isso que tentei compra mais 3 vezes e foi do mesmo jeito o atendimento desistir não recomendo.
 Sad delay in answering when agent calls doesn't answer. That's what I tried to buy 3 more times and it was the same way the service giving up I don't recommend it.

Minha pet ficou de 08ns da manhã até as 15:00hs lá pra fazer banho e tosa, lembrando que eu liguei ao meio dia pra saber dela e eles disseram que estavam indo deixar, sendo que era mentira. Eles não tem transparência e nem empatia com os clientes e nem com o pet. Sem falar da forma que eles tratam os clientes pelo telefone e pelo wathsapp. Nunca sabem dar informações. Não existe comunicação clara e transparente.
Terrible!!!!
My pet stayed there from 8am until 3pm to bathe and groom, remembering that I called at noon to find out about her and they said they were leaving, and it was a lie. They do not have transparency or empathy with customers or with the pet. Not to mention the way they treat customers over the phone and wathsapp. They never know how to give information. There is no clear and transparent communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom lugar pra ver gente fingindo que gosta de trabalhar ali. Uma moça em pé escorada outra sentada olhando pra baixo. Outros pra lá e pra cá fazendo os atendimento online e pra quem foi até a loja fica plantado esperando ser atendido.
A good place to see people pretending to like working there. One girl standing propped up another sitting looking down. Others to and fro doing the online service and for those who went to the store, they are planted waiting to be served.
