Porém , neste domingo, precisei ir na unidade da Forquilha... Pra NUNCA MAIS : atendimento péssimo da pessoa que se identificou com gerente Priscila. Mau humorada, arrogante, desrespeitosa e preguiçosa. Dentre vários produtos que levaria, havia um que não estava cadastrado e que apenas a Priscila poderia cadastrar, simplesmente me atendeu com arrogância, preguiça de ir fazer o cadastro e desrespeitosa. Deixei os produtos lá mesmo, não volto e não recomendo. Se alguém aqui precisar de produtos para pets e quiser ser bem atendido e com respeito, EVITE A LOJA DA FORQUILHA .
Terrible service at the Forquilha unit! I have been a customer of Rações Pavão for a long time and I usually go to the unit located in Pindaí, I have always been well attended. However, this Sunday, I had to go to the Forquilha unit... To NEVER AGAIN: terrible service from the person who identified himself with the manager Priscila. Grumpy, arrogant, disrespectful and lazy. Among several products that I would take, there was one that was not registered and that only Priscila could register, she simply answered me with arrogance, lazy to go and register and disrespectfully. I left the products there, I won't go back and I don't recommend it. If anyone here needs pet products and wants to be treated well and with respect, AVOID THE FORQUILHA SHOP.
