★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos outras lojas de produtos veterinários e rações aqui em Lençóis, infelizmente não duraram muito. Mas eles chegaram como uma revolução do bem em termos de serviços e produtos. Não falta nada: bons produtos, bons preços, atendimento excelente, ótimas orientações, serviços adicionais impecáveis, como vacinação, tosa, etc. Ricardo, Moisés, Bea e Léo se tornaram amigos e exemplos de eficiência, comprometimento e respeito ao cliente... E o trabalho deles virou referencia de qualidade, inclusive investindo em adequação do ambiente da loja, eficiência em organização de eventos para os pets, eficiência nas campanhas informativas, excelência no trato com o cliente e , o melhor de tudo, sucesso total ao trabalhar sobre uma mudança de mentalidade municipal sobre como os pets devem ser tratados por seus tutores. Foram eles que fizeram isso, ninguém mais. Eu e meus filhos peludos agradecemos por esse trabalho feito com tanto amor... Além de tudo isso, eles ainda tem Abul, Buda e Spike, que eu amoooo! Até os pets deles são amorosos, gente! Porque é disso que se trata... Amor, no final das contas.
We had other veterinarians and feed stores here in Sheets, unfortunately did not last long. But they came as a revolution of good in terms of services and products. Nothing is missing: good products, good prices, excellent service, great directions, additional impeccable services, such as vaccination, grooming, etc. Ricardo, Moses, Bea and Leo became friends and examples of efficiency, commitment and respect for the customer ... and turned their work quality reference, including investing in adaptation of the store environment, event organization efficiency for pets, efficiency in information campaigns, excellence in dealing with the customer and, best of all, total success while working on a change of municipal mindset about how pets should be treated by their guardians. It was they who did it, no one else. I and my children furry thank you for the work done with so much love ... On top of this, they still have Abul, Buddha and Spike, I amoooo! Even pets are loving them, folks! Because that's what it is ... love, after all.
